Having an engineering background Meissner has strong skills in requirements analysis and software development which has built a strong foundation to lead test organization. As a software test automation engineering Meissner designs, builds, tests, and deploys test-ware solutions that put the power of test automation into the hands of the Software Quality Engineers (SQE’s).

Meissner applies software engineering best practices in documenting and developing the test automation architecture as well as test cases for the full scope of R&D projects, supporting load and performance testing as well as functional acceptance testing.

Meissner researches, evaluates, and recommends new test tools and methodologies; helps plan automation strategies that maximize the return on automation investment.

As a manager of Test Automation Meissner has lead and build Technology Solution’s test automation strategy and team and will be the owner of our enterprise test management solutions and tools. Meissner has managed teams of Test Automation Engineers that developed and oversees the implementation of enterprise test automation capabilities to ensure that production applications are delivered with high quality and cost effectively.
