Meissner maintains structured cabling expertise and has is working towards enhancing his credentials in Outside Plant (OSP) and Electronic Safety and Security (ESS) design and implementation.

Meissner has significant Outside Plant Experience and has designed low voltage pathway’s and right of way, maintenance hole design, utility pole design (See Here) and communications tower design (See Here). Meissner has credentials in design and deployment for Air Blown Fiber (ABF).

Meissner maintains significant expertise and experience in Physical Security Systems and Electronic Security. Meissner has designed and installed intelligent parameter defenses at several nuclear facilities.

Meissner has designed and installed motion sensing fencing and CATV Surveillance Systems for several facilities.

Meissner has designed Security Alarm Stations and secure distribution facilities and secure structured cabling

Meissner has installed traditional key pad and badge entry systems, but also biometric systems.

Meissner has significant experience designing the Supporting Infrastructures for ICT’s requirements. Meissner has extensive experience interfacing requirements for engineered Climate Control, HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical design and build.


Field Engineering and Construction Management

Meissner has significant experience supporting the construction of the ICT Infrastructures per the design requirements.

Throughout Meissner career he has acted in the role of Construction Manager for Low Voltage Systems. Meissner manages construction of the ICT Infrastructures from project inception, thru design requirements, and final execution and delivery of Infrastructure Services.

Throughout Meissner career he has acted in the role of Field Engineer for Low Voltage Systems. Meissner is the responsible field engineer for ICT Infrastructures during the execution and delivery phase of the Infrastructure Services construction and deployment. As Responsible Engineer Meissner makes field changes to design drawings as necessary and seeks formal design change and change request where required. As the construction and installation completes Meissner as the responsible engineer verifies installation is to design specification and meets the requirements of the enterprise.
