Responsible for the lab management for verification and development labs of a quite diverse and technical in nature, some of these are as listed below

Lab maintenance Inventory management with a variety of asset management solutions

Maintaining lab compliace to Enterprise and ISO standards, follow-up & track against Enterprise AR/VR HW team  Lab policies applicable to the DVT labs

Managing Hardware modifications, planning Lab equipment installation, Calibration and repair follow-up with vendors

Managing the installation and maintenance of network equipment including small base stations and/or gNBs 

Knowledge for equipment Procurement policies, PO release, follow-up & tracking

Handling of shipments for procured equipment’s

HW modifications: reference UE, Test hardware modifications etc

Local network mgmt. and working with external IT services

Planning and execution for all test equipment/systems vendors roadshows

Performing test equipment inventory audit analysis
